start of farret game

ferret game is a game were you are avoiding barrels to get to the the forsaken nugget  as fast as possible

things that I s have in the game currently :

 Player, barrels ,ladders , world  sprites

player movement and health 

things I'm going to add next time are health UI and a timer for how fast you can get to the nugget
