new timer

hi this is a project that im doing for about seven days for school 

I have added a timer that is tied to the high score so that the faster you finish the game the higher score you will get 

I have also added it so that the  obstacles get destroyed at the bottom level   

the things that I'm going to add are a way to exit the game and a start and exit scenes
